Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General responsibility for supervising the accounting procedures of the company.
  • Assign and audit the work of the accounting department.
  • Engaged in the more critical and confidential aspects of accounting.
  • Responsible for the development of policies, systems, special financial studies, etc. of major importance.
  • Duties require broad conceptual judgment, initiative and ability to deal with complex accounting issues.
  • Works with confidential data, which if disclosed, might have significant internal effect or minor external effect.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of accounting experience

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of general accounting including thorough skills knowledge plus the application of general accounting theory.
  • Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, and Power Point software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for the direction and supervision of one accounting employee.

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs to all Transport equipments in order to ensure that the equipment is available, reliable and safe to operate; and assist with administrative duties related to building maintenance.

  • Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on mobile and stationary equipments
  • Perform repairs to all equipments
  • Inspect equipments for defects or required repairs
  • Supervise other persons involved in maintenance tasks
  • Advise management of required major repairs or replacements to equipments
  • Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and operating budgests
  • Maintain inventory control over equipment and supplies
  • Maintain maintenance and repirs logs and records
  • Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to occupational health and safty regulations
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management


  • Formal technical training with 4 years working experience on similar duties i.e. advanced automotive technicians qualifications (Internal Combustion Engines)
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with both diesel and petrol engines
  • Knowledge of procedures for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to read and write to maintain daily logs and record keeping systems

Haulage Truck Drivers

A fast growing procurement company which specializes in renewable energy is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced drivers for their fleet of haulage trucks.
The preferred drivers will be required to drive from Accra to destinations nationwide

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide reliable driving services by using assigned trucks for the transportation and delivery of goods to assigned destinations.
  • Take care of the day-to-day efficient maintenance of the assigned truck, check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc; Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and in good running condition at all times.
  • Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, greasing, etc.
  • Produce weekly records of mileage travelled.
  • Check trucks for mechanical fitness and the security of the cargo, ensuring that cargo is protected against all weather conditions.
  • Identify any apparent problems during field deliveries and report them to the supervisor.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
    Required Skills or Experience:
  •  Safety first and good driving habits.
  • Have excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
  • At least 3-5 years driving experience as a company driver.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check.
  • Good English Communication skills.
  • Formal drivers training with a valid driver’s license grade F and a clean driving record
  • Must not be less than 35years of age
Production Manager - Solar Panel Manufacturing Plant

Responsibilities: Overall on-site responsibility to execute Installationa, Process Integration and Ramp-up within budget and contractual obligations.

  • Plan, direct and coordinate work on the factory floor
  • Keep production runs on schedule
  • Main contact to customer for all on-site activities
  • Obtain uptime, yield, tact time, module power and cumulated output to assure achievement of contractual obligations
  • Manage on-site team and 3rd party suppliers
  • Create and maintain a safe and healthy working place through high involvement of on-site team, suppliers and customer
  • Keep track on change orders and claims (Report, implement and document)
  • Conduct facility acceptance test
  • Prepare the site pre and after move in and assure proper infrastructure
  • Keep track and report on-site progress to Project Manager
  • Responsible for the execution of FAT, SOP, EOR & EOW

Responsible for own safety and safety of employee referred to Safety Training and employee information as well as function chart "safety and health protection"


Engineer or Industrial Engineer, MBA preferred

  • Exposure of 5 to 7 years to vacuum equipment
  • Proficient in English
  • Proven project management experience at comparable scope of budget responsibility
  • Entrepreneur in finding innovative solutions to control costs, reduce risks and improve performance
  • Customer centric; creates win-win solutions and proactively identifies sales opportunities
  • Takes decisions in a fast paced, complex environment; mobilizes immediate support if required
  • Orchestrates all communication channels between customer and internal stake-holders
  • Manages executive level customer engagement
  • Obtains buy-in from Production Team and Senior Managers Team to support a result driven, solution oriented culture
  • Effectively resolves conflict to create sustainable partnerships with customers
