Ofori Boateng | General Manager
With a background in Economics from the George Mason University, Mr. Ofori Boateng manages and coordinates the diverse scope of the business' administrative services. He plays an essential role in the delicate decision-making process and takes credit for some company policies on which the business successfully thrives.

His banking experience in the customer care department at the Commerce Bank in Virginia embodies his practical approach to juggling the needs of clients, co-workers, and his subordinates in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

 

 
Nana Konamah Boateng | Executive Director - Special Duties
A philanthropist at heart, Nana Konamah Boateng brings a collection of talents from a diverse background of professional experiences to 3Sil as Executive Director of Special Duties (EDSD). She shares in the vision of the Chairman Francis Akuamoah Boateng, DL and the entire 3SiL team in alleviating the plight of rural dwellers with Solar Power electrification.

She holds B.Sc. in Biology (George Mason University, 2010) and MPH in Health management & policy (Columbia University, 2013), Nana's colorful CV spans retail management, Global Health, and Supply chain management to name a few. When she is not working developing programs for 3SiL, Nana enjoys long distance running, creating healthy and nutritious raw vegan meals, travel and maintaining an active imagination.

 

 
 
Kojo Otoo | Business Manager
Kojo holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Corporate Strategy. He is the Head of the Investment, Research and Development Unit (Strategic Business Unit) of 3SiL. He Conducts research and feasibility studies into new business propositions and its development into a venture. He is also directly responsible for 3SiL’s micro investments into SMEs and other strategic partnerships.

 

 
Abdul-Razak Adam | Head Of Finance
Mr. Abdul-Razak Adam is an Accountant, Financial controls, strategy, and public policy analyst by profession, He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Clarkson university USA. Mr. Adam is a professional qualified accountant with membership of Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He is an astute Financial and advisory professional with prior leadership role in IBM Corporation and C&S Group of companies for well over 15 years progressing to higher role with balance sheet and cash flow responsibility of over $28Billion USD. He has led a team in IBM to transition from legacy Accounting system to SAP based systems and put together financial and operational controls for business processes and applications as well as designed accounting manuals and business.

Mr. Adam has a vast experience in valuation of companies with most recent been the valuation, promotion and sale of C&S's retail stores value over $350 million. Upon arrival in Ghana, he has recently done a robust analysis and valuation of a mining company for potential acquisition by international investors and also valued a local energy company for a potential merger and acquisition.
His most recent role at C&S Group puts the responsibility of customer profitability and analysis of revenue in excess of $28 billion in annually under his supervision and leadership. Mr. Adam's key role at C&S includes, but not limited to creating and managing financial and business strategy, customer profitability analysis, long term financial planning etc.
Prior to joining C&S, Mr. Adam worked for IBM Corporation as an Advisory Financial Analyst and controls for four years. His Industry experience also includes three year stint with Bayswater Mining as cost and fixed asset accountant and two years with Auto Parts Ghana as a consultant and external accountant for implementing financial information systems and overseeing the finance department.
